Payment
- We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Cash or direct bank transfer may qualify for a discount on select items.
Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- Ammunition, optics, used products, clothing, and accessories are non-returnable.
- New products are typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed immediately:
- Orders canceled before shipment or pickup are subject to a restocking fee plus any processing fees.
- Once an item ships, the sale is final.
Transfers & FFL Documentation
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL.
- Receiving FFL information must be provided within 7 days of purchase.
- Failure to submit paperwork may result in cancellation with applicable restocking and processing fees.
Shipping
- Typical processing time is up to 5 business days.
- Orders are shipped using the most cost-effective and reliable method (Priority Mail, UPS, or equivalent).
- Insurance is required for orders over $100
Responsibility
Nomadix Outfitters is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed
- Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
- Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping costs and fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refund requests in these cases are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.
Liability Waiver
By entering our store or completing a purchase, you agree to:
- Release Nomadix Outfitters LLC, its owners, and employees from liability for injuries, damages, or losses.
- Indemnify and hold Nomadix Outfitters harmless against claims arising from your use of purchased products or your conduct during transfers.
Compliance & Refusal of Service
We are committed to following all state and federal laws.
- Any suspected straw purchase or unlawful activity will be refused.
- Nomadix Outfitters may decline service or transfers at our sole discretion.
Website & Online Orders
- All online firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid FFL.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their state and local laws. Non-compliant orders will be canceled.
